Qualification acquisition system
All costs for obtaining the qualification will be borne by the company.
◇ Types of national qualifications
・Pipework construction management engineer
・Water supply equipment construction chief engineer
・Electrical engineer
・Boiler welder
・Various JIS welding
・Mechanical maintenance technician

Any other necessary qualifications you may need to obtain will be fully covered by the company, and you will be required to obtain them as appropriate.
In addition, if you have not yet obtained a medium-sized vehicle driver's license, which is required for work, you will be required to go and obtain it at the company's expense.
◇ Allowances for qualified persons
・For qualifications required for construction business licenses or other certified factories, such as electric welding, pipework construction management engineers, and boiler welding, 1,000 yen per month
・JIS welding, mechanical maintenance technician, etc. → 500 yen per month

◇ Brother System
In order for new employees to acquire the new knowledge and skills they need, senior employees act as siblings during their first year at the company, allowing them to gain the knowledge and experience necessary for their work through practical work in the workplace.
◇Other
You will acquire the knowledge and experience required for each specialized position, such as design, site supervision, and customer service, through practical work in the workplace.

We encourage our employees to actively participate in external training courses such as design, PP welding, and foreman training.
All costs will be borne by the company.
◇ Various seminars
If you have received permission from your supervisor, you can attend seminars that you feel are necessary for the work you want to do, with all costs covered by the company.
