●Job Description

Site Construction Staff (Responsible for Construction, Site Management, and Plant Equipment Manufacturing)

 

◆No Experience Required / Lifelong Skills / 120 Days of Annual Leave

As a plant construction staff member, you'll be tasked with plant equipment manufacturing, on-site construction, or site management, depending on your aptitude, abilities, and preferences. Eventually, you'll be able to be involved in all aspects.

<Plant Equipment Fabrication/On-site Construction>

Plant equipment is a combination of tanks, piping, machinery, and more. It can take more than two months to complete a single piece of plant equipment (although it can also be completed in a single day).

 

▼Plant Equipment Fabrication

First, you'll fabricate plant equipment in a factory using cutting, machining, welding, and other techniques.

▼(Qualifications)

Until you obtain the necessary welding qualifications, you'll learn by watching your seniors' work.

▼CAD (CAD Design)

Once you gain experience, you'll also be involved in equipment design and production drawings.

<On-site Construction>

You'll install the fabricated plant equipment and install the piping that connects it at food, chemical, and pharmaceutical factories.

▼Meetings/Site Surveys

Meet with customers to discuss construction methods, processes, and delivery dates. We also conduct site surveys.

▼Estimate Preparation

After the meeting, you'll prepare an estimate. Your seniors will carefully teach you until you've mastered the techniques.

▼Construction Planning

Determine the order of various processes, such as plant equipment installation and piping installation. Plan with ample time to meet delivery deadlines.

▼Material Selection and Procurement

Procure necessary materials, equipment, gauges, piping materials, consumables, etc.

▼Construction

In addition to installing equipment, perform piping connections, etc.

▼Reporting

Construction periods vary from one day to one week to two months.

<Site Management>

After gaining the above experience, you will also be entrusted with site management. You will be responsible for comprehensive site management, including on-site process management, coordinating with partner companies, participating in meetings, coordinating work schedules, managing staff (3-10 people, including partner companies), and budget management.

 

● Application Requirements

No educational background required. No experience necessary. No industry experience necessary. Second-time graduates welcome. Gaps in employment welcome.

■ Standard driver's license (automatic transmission acceptable)

◎ Applicants meeting any of the following criteria are welcome!

・On-site construction experience (JIS welding qualification, boiler welder, pipework construction management engineer, mechanical maintenance technician, etc. preferred)

・Experience in plant equipment design and manufacturing (plant design experience preferred)

 

● Background

Our company provides comprehensive services, from plant equipment design and manufacturing to on-site construction design, construction, and management. Established over 25 years ago, we are still a fledgling company trusted by major corporations. We handle many large-scale projects, including those at chemical and pharmaceutical plants, and our business has grown steadily over the past two years.

While we're excited about this, the increase in requests has also increased the workload for each employee. Currently, we outsource some tasks to partner companies, but we'd like to expand our in-house operations. Therefore, we're now looking to hire new team members.

 

●Work Location/Transportation

Head Office: 969-1 Denen, Naka-ku, Sakai City, Osaka Prefecture

★No transfers.
★Worksites are primarily located throughout the Kansai region.
★Nationwide business trips are possible two to three times a year, for one week to two months. This can be tailored to your needs.

Transportation

Take the bus from Fukai Station on the Semboku Rapid Railway to the "Denen Kitaguchi" bus stop and walk for one minute.
Take the bus from Izumigaoka Station on the Semboku Rapid Railway to the "Denen Kitaguchi" bus stop and walk for one minute.

★Car commuting is also possible.

 

●Working Hours

8:20 AM - 5:30 PM (7.75 hours actual work)

★Overtime is generally limited to 20 hours per month.

 

●Holidays

★We've increased our holiday allowance based on employee feedback!

In response to employee requests, we've expanded our holiday allowance from six days or less per month to eight days or more per month. This brings the total number of holidays per year to over 120. We're flexible and will accommodate unexpected days off.

●Salary

■Monthly salary: ¥210,000 - ¥450,000

■Example annual salary: ¥3,000,000 - ¥7,500,000

*Base salary: ¥200,000 - ¥440,000 + perfect attendance bonus: ¥10,000 + various allowances

*Salary will be determined based on experience, skills, etc. ◆ Bonuses three times a year (April, August, December) *Depending on performance

 

● Benefits and Treatment

■ Salary increase once a year (December)

■ Transportation expenses provided (up to ¥15,000 per month)

■No smoking in the office or factory (there is a smoking area outside the factory)
