For new graduates, we conduct personal interviews with executives and aptitude tests. Depending on the number of applicants, we may also conduct group interviews. For mid-career hires, we only conduct personal interviews with executives.

We will decide on an interview date within one week of receiving your application, and will notify you of the results within one to two weeks of the interview date. However, it may take a little longer depending on the schedule of executives, etc.
