He is 53 years old and has been with the company for six years.

What prompted you to apply and why were you interested in your current company?
We manufacture products that meet customer needs, such as can manufacturing and piping work.
Is there any difference you noticed between before and after joining the company?
Before joining the company, I had the opportunity to tour the company, but everyone was busy working.
Everyone there had serious expressions on their faces, so I thought it was a very strict company.
After joining the company, I was surprised to find that everyone there was kind, friendly, and cheerful.
About the skills I learned at work
I was welding pipes, but when I heard from the company that I could obtain a welding qualification, I applied right away and was able to obtain the qualification. I also think that I have learned a lot about pipe construction.
About what made you happy through your work
When the work was completed, I was happy to hear the customer say "thank you" and show their satisfaction.
On the other hand, what were the difficulties and how did you overcome them?
While working on the plant construction, there were many things I didn't understand, such as the details of the piping work, but with the help of our subcontractors and customers, we were able to complete the work.
What are the benefits of working with foreigners? Also, how did you deal with the difficulties?
I worked with a Vietnamese person, and he had a positive attitude towards everything and was able to get the job done even in difficult locations.
It seemed difficult for them to understand the Japanese language, but they were able to understand with gestures.
About job satisfaction
There are still many things I don't understand about welding and construction, and I'm happy to be able to study them while I work.
Future dreams
I would like to be able to answer all questions from customers about new plant construction and automation.
