For those aspiring to become plant engineers in Japan

Why are we seeking Indian engineers?
- Japan's chemical plants need your help.

Japan's chemical plant industry is currently at a major turning point.

While its facilities, technology, and quality are among the best in the world,
the reality is that there is an overwhelming shortage of engineers to lead the next generation.

That's why we're focusing on chemical engineering students in India.

Reason 1: India's chemical engineering education is world-class.

Chemical engineering education in India is characterized by a strong foundation in materials balance and heat balance, reaction engineering, and separation engineering.

Emphasis on numerical calculations and theory.

In Japan, we are constantly asked questions like, "Why these conditions?" and "Why this design?"

👉 Indian engineers, who can think theoretically, are a perfect fit for Japan's design culture.

Reason 2: Japanese workplaces value "people who continue to learn."

Japanese engineering culture emphasizes how much you learn and grow in the workplace, rather than your age, place of origin, or nationality.

✔ New graduates are sent to the workplace.
✔ Learn from failure.
✔ Prioritize safety and quality.

People with this attitude are sure to be valued and enjoy long-term success.

Reason 3: Indian engineers can become "core members of the future."

We aren't looking for short-term staff replacements.

We want to develop them long-term as future design managers, project leaders, and engineers who connect Japan and the world.

Indian engineers naturally possess global perspectives, logical thinking, and the ability to adapt to different cultures.

👉 They are poised to become future core members of Japanese companies.

Reason 4: Experience in Japan will be a lifelong asset.

At Japanese chemical plants, you work within the world's highest safety standards, rigorous design and verification, and high quality requirements.

●What We Expect from You

We don't expect perfect Japanese.
What we do expect is

Pride in having studied chemical engineering,

A desire to compete with technology,

A readiness to grow on the job.

Finally,

Japanese chemical plants are seriously in need of Indian engineers.

Why not choose Japan not just as a "job abroad" but as a place to build an engineering career that will be relevant 10 or 20 years from now?

What we really want
is not someone who will leave in 10 years, but someone who will grow old with us.

I'll be honest with you.

We're not looking for people who will work for a few years and then move on to another company.

We're looking for engineers who can hone their skills, build trust, and grow with us for 20, 30, or even until retirement.

Why do we value long-term time so much?

Chemical plant work is not a job you can master quickly.

It takes five or ten years for your true abilities to become apparent.

It's a job where you can only make judgments after accumulating experience.

That's why we take the time to develop our engineers,

experience failures together,

gradually delegate responsibility,

and we assume a long-term relationship.

What I honestly think about Indian engineers

We understand that in India, there is a culture of people changing jobs in search of better conditions, higher salaries, and greater opportunities.

But still, we dare to say this.

"If you're looking for a place where you can work long-term,
we're serious about it."

What we promise

In return, we're not half-hearted.

We won't treat you as temporary labor.

We don't intend to use you up in a short period of time.

We'll properly teach you the skills you need.

We'll assign you tasks with the expectation that you'll work long-term.

We'll nurture you as a part of the company.

We want these types of people to join us:

Want to study chemical engineering and make technology their lifelong career.

Want to become a trusted engineer rather than frequently changing jobs.

Want to settle down and grow at one company.

Want to work while learning Japanese thinking and culture.

"I don't care if I don't see immediate results."
"I want to grow slowly but surely."
If you think like this, we welcome you.

Working long-term doesn't mean you're tied down.

It also means

Your skills will deepen.

Your judgment will improve.

You'll find your place.

We want our company to be a part of your life.

If you too are seriously thinking about where you want to be in 20 or 30 years, then please take a moment to listen to what we have to say.
